Gandhi Designs, LLC was established in 2010 by Nirmal Gandhi. Our firm specializes in commercial designs, space planning and consulting. We are a full service design firm and takes great pride in providing professional design service starting from a land development all the way to the final permitting of a project. Our team consists of Designers, CAD Technicians, Civil and Structural Engineers, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineers.

Nirmal Gandhi studied at University of Houston and graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture and minor in Construction management in 2002. Mr. Gandhi worked on his internship with two prominent Architectural firms in Houston- SHW Group and Morris Architects. He gained much of his experience from those two prominent firms prior to him opening up his own practice.

Mr. Gandhi specializes in unique and functional designs for hotels, motels, retails, office condos, gas stations, shopping centers, warehouses, RV parks, renovations and restorations. His portfolio reflects several hotels/motels and other commercial building designs in Houston and surrounding areas.
